What is it?

With the lovely Witchcraftsy, I have recently joined to Traditional Art Project at PhotographyGuide, which focuses on how we present traditional art pieces! The Traditional Art Project will be similar to the Artisan Craft one: you submit, and you'll get a feedback. Keep in mind that it will be not on the art itself, but on how it is presented: the main focus, indeed, is that we want to help you present your amazing artworks as best as possible!!!

Why?

Most of you will know that it is not at all easy to present a piece of art in an attractive way, especially with art pieces like drawings and paintings. Admit that create the right set for catch a good photo of a little piece of art - even if it is an ATC - is still for me really problematic: light can change the colours of the piece, lamination can add unwanted light spots, paper crumbles, scanning washes the colours out... So....  panic! Sweating a little...

Witchcraftsy will drive us in this wonderful Project with my help, and we will be running this project for PhotographyGuide under the guidance of the wonderful Yuukon .

When?

This Project is been officially launched at May 1st.

Who is it for?

Absolutly for Everybody!
Do you have a traditional art piece in your gallery to which you want emphasize more and more? Feel free to submit it! There will be a special folder opening that is called "Traditional Art Feedback". That is where all the beautiful paintings and drawings will go!
Feel absolutly free to ask for more info via Comments or Notes!

Can I help?

We're always looking for more hands on deck! Do you think you have what it takes to help us on this project? Send the group a note in which you tell us why you have what it takes. Right now, we'd love to have one more enthusiastic helper with us on this one!
